Growing up in a family where South Indian and regional delicacies were a daily indulgence, I was immersed in a world of rich culinary heritage. I was fortunate to learn from the best: my grandmother, a master of both cooking and storytelling, and my mother, who entrusted me with the traditions behind every dish. This foundation instilled in me a deep respect for the ingredients, techniques, and intricate flavour balances that make our island’s cuisine unique. Above all, it taught me to honour the cultural roots that make this food so vibrant.

My professional journey began at the prestigious IHM Pusa, leading to a career shared with some of the industry’s most reputable teams. I have had the privilege of honing my craft at the Taj Group of Hotels in Delhi, and later, within London’s vibrant food scene at Veeraswamy, Roti Chai, and Chai Ki. Through these experiences, I refined my skills and gained the invaluable knowledge that I now bring to every plate I create.
